Merry Ba

Merry Ba earned a DECF accounting and finance qualification in Paris before working in a management environment. Her professional profile then describes a transition toward human development, including training in Montreal in neuro-linguistic programming, Ericksonian hypnosis and synergology. She now presents that combination as a coaching practice focused on goals, communication and observable behavior.¹

On 9 January 2019, she established Institut Merry Ba in Dakar to train coaches and work with individuals, leaders and organizations.
